Extra-curricular Activities
Students and teachers at the Ramgarh School participate in an annual Competion which required them to source, purchase and prepare dishes, which are then sold to the students, their parents and local community. The task is to raise money, covering the cost of the raw ingredients and making a profit. The group with the highest profit will win. Both the students and teachers take this task very seriously indeed!!
This is an excellent project which promotes the development of skills in planning, leadership, project management and teamwork.
This fun, collaborative activity has now become an annual event that everyone participates in. The day of sale has a festive atmosphere, with the children and young people playing games and dancing.
