Our Mission is to ensure that young people fulfil their dreams with our support; thereby becoming self-sufficient and independent. We have established several collaborations ranging from higher education establishments, Gandhi Institute for Technology (GIFT) as well as apprenticeships with an International Construction Company. Larsen & Toubro Conglomerate Company Ltd, and internships with Varuna Transportation Company.

Collaborating with the Hotel Management and Catering Training Institute, has meant that we have a number of students training to work in the hospitality business. On successful completion they will have access to opportunities to work across India and abroad.

Channelling the talents of our young people with disability towards careers and work opportunities has proved to be a particular challenge for us.

Youth 4 Jobs, is a jointly funded initiative, by Axis Bank Foundation and Trust for Retailers & Retail Associates of India (TRRAIN) who created Pankh Wings of Destiny to provide more opportunities for disabled students.  It provides a programme of training in IT, upon completion students are offered a placement in large organisation in accordance to their need. The young person is mentored and supported throughout the process.
